SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are prepared in the order they are received, and because some products are made in small batches and are handcrafted, preparation time may vary. Shipping time applies only once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, and are generally packed and ready to ship within 3-10 business days, excluding weekends or statutory holidays. Seasonal demand, especially around Christmas time, may extend processing times slightly. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details. If anything unusual impacts your order or shipping, we'll ensure to notify you. You can of course reach out to us at anytime at info@pudichitia.com.

At this time, we only ship within North America. We are looking to expand internationally.
ReturnS, REFUNDS & Exchange Policy
​Pudichitia products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients. Because these items are crafted without synthetic preservatives and have a limited shelf life, we apply the following policy to ensure product safety and quality for all customers.

Return Window
Pudichitia products All refund or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your package, based on carrier delivery confirmation, or pickup.
Requests submitted after this timeframe cannot be accommodated.

Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within the 30-day window so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Please do not send the products back unless you have received written authorization from us.
Proof of purchase is required for all requests.

Refunds
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
