We use organic beef tallow sourced from local farms right here in Ontario. Supporting local farmers matters to us, and using locally sourced tallow means you're getting a pure, high quality ingredient while supporting Canadian agriculture. It's better for your skin, better for the community, and better for the planet.

Our products are crafted with natural, organic ingredients that are generally gentle on skin. However, everyone's skin is different, if you have a known sensitivity or allergy to any specific ingredient (such as beeswax, fragrance oils, or a particular oil/butter), we recommend checking the full ingredient list for each product before purchasing. When in doubt, patch test first!

With proper care, our artisan bars typically last 3–5 weeks with daily use. To get the most out of your bar, keep it in a well-drained soap dish away from standing water between uses. For best results, we recommend pairing your bar with a soap lift, it elevates your soap, allows air to circulate underneath, and drains water away so your bar dries properly between uses. This simple addition can significantly extend the life of your soap!

Our soaps are completely handmade and require a minimum of 6 weeks to cure before they're ready to use. Because of this process, restocking takes time. Depending on where we are in the curing cycle, it could be as little as 1–2 weeks before a new batch is ready after you order. We restock as often as possible and appreciate your patience, good things take time, and we refuse to rush the process!

Our products have a shelf life of 12 months when stored properly. Because we use natural and organic ingredients without harsh synthetic preservatives, we recommend using your products within this timeframe to enjoy them at their best quality.

To get the full 12 months out of your products, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. Our products are packaged in amber glass bottles, amber plastic bottles, double wall white jars, and plastic lip balm tubes. The amber packaging is specifically chosen to protect light-sensitive natural ingredients from UV degradation. Avoid leaving products in a hot car, on a sunny windowsill, or in a steamy bathroom if possible. A bedroom dresser or cabinet is ideal!

Our beeswax is locally sourced from within Ontario, supporting local beekeepers and ensuring the highest quality natural ingredient in our products. Local beeswax is pure, minimally processed, and free from the additives often found in mass produced alternatives, exactly the standard we hold ourselves to at Pudichitia.

We offer two types of natural toothpaste: • Whitening Charcoal Powder: a fluoride-free tooth powder featuring activated charcoal and organic eggshell powder for natural whitening and remineralization • Coconut Oil Paste: a fluoride-free paste made with coconut oil for a smooth, gentle clean, and yes, this one is Vegan!

Our eggshell powder is locally sourced from organic chicken farms right here in Ontario. Every batch is carefully prepared in-house at our Niagara and North Bay locations. The shells are thoroughly rinsed in water and vinegar, then boiled for sterilization and finished in the oven before being finely ground into powder. It's a meticulous process, but it ensures you're getting the cleanest, safest, most natural ingredient possible. Eggshells are naturally rich in calcium, making them an incredible remineralizing ingredient for your teeth.
